Inside Housing is a weekly program that covers a myriad of issues on real estate and housing issues in Harlem including community development and housing public policies in addition to relevant coverage of local, national and international issues.

The format includes interviews and call-ins.

Profile of Host and Producer: Nellie Hester Bailey, Co-Founder and Director of the Harlem Tenants Council (HTC), a tenants’ rights advocacy organization founded in 1995.

Bailey and HTC are recipients of the New York City’s Union Square Award.

Bailey is also a 2001 recipient of the national Alston Bannerman Fellowship.
