SHOW DESCRIPTION:	Mr. Rogers also host the weekly radio show “Urbanology” on WHCR. Mr. Rogers is the founder of TRC Enterprises, a consulting firm that specializes in “Urbanology.” Urbanology is a philosophical approach to urban empowerment and development utilizing strategic management strategies influenced by the theories of Sun Tzu and Miyamoto Musashi. Mr. Rogers has extensive community service experience. He serves as Vice President for Strategic Planning for the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce, one of the oldest business organizations in New York , which celebrated its 100 th anniversary in October of 1996. Mr. Rogers is a co-founder of Harlem Week, the largest cultural event of its kind on the East Coast.
